Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on stak88. This platform is strictly for adults. stak88 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to immediately suspend any account where the age requirement is not satisfied.

2.2 Residency. By registering on stak88, you represent and warrant that you are a resident of Indonesia and that your use of this platform does not violate any applicable law in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of stak88 is lawful in your location.

2.3 Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You may not register or use stak88 if you are subject to any court order or legal restriction that prohibits you from entering contracts or engaging in gambling activities.

2.4 Single Account. Each Player is permitted to hold only one active account on stak88. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.1 Accurate Information. When registering an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name (as it appears on your KTP or valid Indonesian government-issued identification), date of birth, mobile number, and email address. stak88 may reject any registration where the information provided appears to be inaccurate or incomplete.

3.2 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party, and you must notify stak88 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. stak88 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.3 KYC Verification. stak88 is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal request. Verification documents may include:

• A copy of your KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk — Indonesian national identity card) or valid passport;
• Proof of the bank account or e-wallet used to deposit funds;
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document, where required;
• Proof of address issued within the last three months, where required.

3.4 Account Accuracy Updates. You must promptly notify stak88 of any change to your registration details. stak88 may suspend account functionality until updated information has been verified where a discrepancy is identified.

3.5 Third-Party Accounts. You may not register an account on behalf of another person, operate an account as a proxy for a third party, or allow any other person to use your account to place wagers or conduct transactions.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. stak88 accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 via bank transfer and Rp 25.000 via e-wallet. There is no maximum deposit limit for accounts that have completed full KYC verification.

4.3 Minimum Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

4.4 Processing Times. Withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri submitted during banking hours (07:00–21:00 WIB) are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes. Requests submitted outside of these hours may require up to 24 hours. Verified Black Diamond VIP accounts receive priority withdrawal processing.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed full KYC verification;
• The withdrawal destination must match the name on your verified account;
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must have been met in full;
• stak88 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing funds where fraud or money laundering is suspected.

4.6 Currency. All transactions on stak88 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). stak88 does not charge currency conversion fees because all accounts are natively denominated in IDR.

4.7 Own Funds. You must only deposit funds that you own and that have been obtained legally. The use of stak88 for any money laundering or financial crime purpose is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

5.1 General Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers issued by stak88 are subject to these general terms and to any additional specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence for the matters they address.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) of 30x the bonus amount before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn as cash. Only wagers placed on eligible games and markets count towards rollover completion.

5.3 Bonus Expiry. Unclaimed or un-wagered bonus funds expire 7 days after they are credited to your account, unless a different expiry period is stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.

5.4 One Bonus Per Player. Only one promotional bonus may be active on your account at any time, unless stak88 expressly states otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times, whether via duplicate accounts or other means, constitutes fraud and will result in account suspension.

5.5 Abuse Prevention. stak88 reserves the right to withhold, reclaim, or cancel bonus funds — and to void any winnings derived from those funds — where stak88 reasonably determines that bonus abuse has occurred. This includes but is not limited to: bonus stripping (systematically wagering to meet rollover with minimal risk), coordinated bonus exploitation, and the use of software to automate wagering patterns.

5.6 Seasonal Promotions. stak88 may offer special promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Nyepi, and other observances. These promotions are subject to their own specific terms and are available for a limited time only.

6.1 Binding Results. Once a wager has been accepted by stak88's systems, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details — stake, selection, odds, and market — before confirming a wager.

6.2 Odds Changes. Odds on sportsbook markets are subject to change up to the moment a wager is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that will apply to that wager.

6.3 Void Bets. A wager may be declared void and the stake refunded in circumstances including: event cancellation, insufficient match completion, technical errors resulting in incorrect odds publication, or where stak88 determines that a market was offered in error. Void bet decisions are final.

6.4 Mix Parlay Rules. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require a minimum of 2 selections. If one selection within a parlay is voided, the bet stands with the remaining selections at recalculated odds. A parlay bet is lost if any non-void selection loses. Settlement follows the official result at the conclusion of each match.

6.5 Live Betting. In-play (live) bets are accepted at stak88's discretion. stak88 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time during an event. Live bets will not be accepted once the market has been suspended, regardless of the state of the connection between the Player's device and the platform.

6.6 Game Integrity. All casino games on stak88 are provided by certified game studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, PG Soft, and Spribe) and operate under independently audited random number generators (RNGs). Published Return to Player (RTP) figures reflect long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

6.7 Togel Rules. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws on stak88 follow the official results of licensed draw operators. Disputes regarding draw results must be raised within 24 hours of the draw via live chat or email.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on stak88 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

8.1 Ownership. All content on the stak88 platform — including but not limited to the stak88 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and data — is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited Licence. stak88 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform without express written consent from the Company.

8.3 Third-Party Content. Game content provided by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and others) remains the intellectual property of those studios and is licensed to stak88 for use on the platform. Your use of such content is subject to the licence terms of the relevant studios in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

9.1 Platform Availability. stak88 endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or delays at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical issues, or events outside stak88's reasonable control may temporarily affect platform access.

9.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, stak88 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

9.3 Maximum Liability. stak88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you during the 90-day period immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.

9.4 Force Majeure. stak88 shall not be in breach of these Terms & Conditions or liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, or critical infrastructure failures.

9.5 Betting Decisions. All wagering decisions are made solely by you. stak88 is not responsible for any financial loss resulting from your betting or gaming activity on the platform.

10.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your stak88 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements.

10.2 Involuntary Suspension. stak88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions is identified or suspected;
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity is identified or suspected;
• The Player is found to be under 21 years of age;

10.3 Fund Forfeiture. Where an account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms & Conditions, confirmed fraud, or age-restriction violation, stak88 reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the account balance, including any winnings derived from the prohibited activity. Legitimate deposited funds (net of any fraudulent gains) will be returned to the payment source where feasible and legally required.

11.1 Applicable Law. 11.2 Dispute Resolution. Where informal resolution is not possible within 30 days of the dispute being notified in writing, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English.
